My friends and I always found this to be amazing too back in High School when I organized a weekly football pool. All the games were even odds, whoever had the best record was the winner, tie break by picking a side and game total on Monday night. So to win the thing you had to pick the best upsets. Once in a while someone would pick all the favorites, but no one ever won the pool in the two years I had it by doing that. 5-7 records were common and we'd have to ask:
"WTF?????"
