Factors(by importance):
1.) The team is exciting(like the '04 Red Sox). I want a fun team.
2.) Cool logo/uniforms- I really like the leafs but they are so bad.
3.) Home games have good attendance.
4.) The team is good.

2. Have 2 sweet throwback uniforms they've worn for the Winter Classics they've been in
3. Never don't sell out home games
4. Top 3 in the league easily
