definitely seems odd, sbr should show us the list of everyone who is registered to win money and who is playing for points.

Guys sbr ghosts are the winners of big contests. Did you think they was really gonna give that much dinero and points away?

SBR Contests are for the entire SBR network, not just those on the posting board. Members of the site that prefer to use the Odds service, read the article site, play in contests or lurk on the forum are just as welcome to participate. At the end of the day, does it matter if you're out-handicapped by someone with 2 posts or 200 posts? =)

I would say yes it matters because if they are just playing for points that would increase the odds they are a ghost dramatically and someone with multiple entries into the contest would be pretty unfair.

One fundamental difference... some posters use their real cash to open account at dsi to enter contest.

True. I'm not saying that I know for a fact this is going on but I would be inclined to believe so. It's funny how these contests always seem to come down to unknowns winning. Same thing when they started the sbr casino biggest winners thread and it was always unknowns winning in the casino awhile back.

I'm not even in the contest, but definitely been thinking about it. Wonder what the odds are of 2 people going 7-0 based on the total contestants in the contest? I know it's very feasible, but would be interesting to see odds of this happening.

I stopped entering these contests. All they do for me is distract me from betting my account and I never win. For me it's a waste of time. The odds of two people going 7-0 isn't that bad but the odds of them both being relative nobody's at sbr are the ones both winning speaks volumes to me.
