After reading through this thread, the one question that has come to mind is the "friend". Assuming he/she rarely posts... are they still readily available to chime in here? If this were me, I would have at least attempted to get the friend involved and help out my cause to prove my innocence. If not, fine... but the question should have been asked by now. Much more could evolve from this thought, but I'll just leave it at this.

we were both just in sbr chat for an hour or so preaching innocence, sbr has both of our personal info, everything they could clear this up real easy, SBR likes the views this threads getting, its a night off for jjgold, they could easily clear this up.

well, it depends if u got "freeplay" or straight cash, which requires no rollover i believe.....i hate freeplays

I called another scammer who awarded 1000 points to a "friend" as a gift a few weeks back. I don't think SBR took action. So if obamaismyuncle is guilty of fraud they are obviously picking and choosing which ones to punish.

Obama, I think you're screwed. I believe you but if you look at it from SBR's point of view, anyone can get a non-gambling friend to sign up here and at a sportsbook to collect points. You transfer points to them, cash out for a freeplay, tell them what to bet and maybe even give them a cut of the cash if you win for their trouble. There's no way for them to know who is being legit or not. I have several friends that post on the sub forums here and I avoid them like the plague. I don't even respond to their posts let alone give them even one point because I know I could never prove that it's all innocent if someone wanted to accuse me of scamming.

I'm sorry this happened but I really don't see how you could prove that it was above board.
