the packers don't need the run the ball against philly. phily's secondary is so injured that rodgers can pick it apart all day without need to run. that mixed with the packs defense is good. if the packers can run the same blitz that the giants used for success against philly they have a good shot at winning

The '03 Pats averaged 3.4 yds per carry but that didn't stop them from winning a SB. The average Super Bowl winner in the 21st century has had just the 18th best ground game. This is the most overrated argument in football. Third down % and redzone td% are far more important.

I wasn't saying they won't beat the Eagles, I actually like them to advance. But three in a row is too much. They go down in ATL or CHI or NO in game 2 or 3 of their playoff run. I don't think they're built for a true SB run.

shit man this same thing happened last year, everyone loved the pack and they suffered a terribly close defeat to the cards. i live in philly but i really like the pack, i gotta say im just gonna stay away.

Me either.. I think they take a step this year and win a playoff game. One thing they've shown this year is how DEEP their roster is. To even make the playoffs with 15 guys on IR says a lot about their personnel. Next year they might be scary good.

the bears tried their damnedest and got lucky to only lose by a td

who do the packers have to go through?
1) at philly - vick and the eagles haven't looked right in weeks
2) at atlanta - packers had the game in atlanta won if rodgers doesn't fumble 1st and goal at the 1 (they lost by 3)
3) at chicago - hahahaha the bears suck

so those 3 road games are all quite winnable, and i can't picture a team in the nfc with a better chance to advance to the super bowl

just for you cappy i'm changing my tagline back to "packers sb champs"

It wont matter as the Pack won't even make it out of the this weekend. They could make it through the regular season without a running game but will get torched without one in the playoffs.
