I done group pools with co-workers, but everyone was accounted for and copies were given of the tickets to all of the players at the job site.

I think it would be a logistical nightmare trying to do a group pool on the forum with people you have never met in person IMO

If the jackpot hit, I can see posters who weren't in it in the first place try to cheat their way in.
