Yep, Norv absolutely has to be gone at this point. Palmer at QB, no Owens, no 85, averaging less than 3 yards per carry, and still absolutely dismantling the "extremely talented" Chargers.

Norv has always sucked. Great offensive coordinator but terrible head coach. San Deigo should have kept Schottenheimer; at least he always got to the playoffs.
