That's right. I have an account at BetPhoenix and Wagerchief. At BetPhoenix got both the $25 freeplay plus the $25 3 team parlay. At Wagerchief they gave only the $25 3 team parlay (or $25.02 or whatever).

I used the $25.02 at Wagerchief yesterday on a bet for Sunday thinking it was a freeplay. Called today about the 3 team parlay and they said the $25.02 was the 3 team parlay and there was no freeplay. I asked if the bet I made for Sunday would stand and they said Yes. She also said that I could cancel the Sunday bet and use it for the 3 team parlay. Since my head was spinning from the night before and it took all I could muster to understand what she said, I said "no, that's cool".

Confusing since they are both the "same company", but as stated before the difference was all because of different management.
