On Tuesday at noon i bought a gift card to be next day air shipped. I am not going to get it until Friday now. 4 calls later no one can explain why they did what they did.

If its being shipped fedex there is no promise this week of service other than it will be there by friday. we have freight backed up for days the last two weeks. everything will be del by friday tho

It is not a delivery issue. They fukked the order up and it delayed the processing.
