I don't think there are any highly ranked books that will cover the ** fees on a $50 deposit. Also you are not going to get free weekly payouts either. The best you will be able to do is get 1 free payout a month.

You need a broke local bookie like SamsNCharge who is willing to go through the trouble dealing with $5 bets and getting paid weekly.

If you are a low limit US players use ** with BP.

Can deposit easy as sin and withdrawals are well within sometimes 3-4 hours. At worst an extra day.
