He did have one hell of a season in '61. Big power stat jumps, his Avg was down a bit, but he did have a big jump in HRs and RBIs.

Then his stats fell back into place in '62 and there on after.

Never thought of it but definitely a possibility. Roids been around for
awhile I reckon.
