6:10 a.m. - NEW YORK, USA. (AP). "The NFL sent a letter to the 32 teams to remind them of regulations and restrictions on banking area and the sidelines.

Ray Anderson, executive vice president of baseball operations in the league, he emphasized the responsibilities of each team to one of its members watch that players, coaches and other personnel comply with the rules and stay away from gangs.

The letter was sent after the New York Jets were fined $ 25,000 and indefinitely suspended his trainer Sal Alosi to put knee to stumble on defensive back Nolan Carroll of the Miami Dolphins during the game Sunday.

Alosi later admitted that he ordered five inactive players form a wall during a punt return, move that tripped Carroll.

"These rules are in effect for a long time for security to protect players and officials in the field, members of the chain gang, as well as coaches, players and other club personnel who are in the area of seats,''wrote Anderson.
