So it turns out the ND FB Player touched a boob

I feel badly for the young girl who took her life, but this goes to how crazy the media really is.

First it happened in the Duke Lacrosse case.

Now this ND football player.

In the ND football player's case---the Chicago Tribune was calling him a rapist---when in fact, what the victim claimed was the player touched her boob.

Today the District Attorney announced no charges will occur with this press release and an explanation of the boob touching.

Where are all the people that piled on Notre Dame and coach Kelly for not taking swift action and dismissing the player? Innocent until proven guilty boys, don't believe everything you read.

Remember too that the statement that a breast was touched came from the same girl who killed herself as a result of the alleged incident. I don't think it's at all unreasonable to question if the breast part of the story is even true given the odd mental make up of this girl.

Certainly a sad story for the family, but we are now a long way from a beleivable allegation of rape.

That was my point.

This family suffered a horrible tragedy, but the media should have their nuts cut off. They were on the verge of destroying a young guy's life because a girl with obvious mental illness cried "Rape!" when in fact, her only complaint was her boob was touched.

Sad all the way around.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that Fish had this one wrong, I mean has he ever been right?
