I like Tulsa +10 but I live in Tulsa so I am biased.

In all seriousness, I think these are two evenly matched teams. Hawaii is only a slight favorite in my eyes because it's pretty much a home game for them

I can't believe Tulsa is getting 10.

you can go back and forth back and forth on so many of these bowl games, just go with your gut and pray imo its hard to get a real lean tulsa is a solid team tho i could easily see them hanging with hawaii and covering here
