fail to realize that fisher is not a good coach, the game wasn't fixed at all, he is just dumb
guy has been around since 94 and not won anything, he made it to 1 superbowl.
So why is it so shocking that he makes a few bad decisions at the end of the game
Im sure if the colts scored that one play where (I think it was blair white?) blocked reggie wayne from a sure touchdown, then it would have been a different game but shit happens. Or was that part of the fix too?
and what did you expect the titans to do after fisher elected to go for it instead of the fg just take a knee? obviously if the plan was to score a TD they will try to do that. What if the colts didnt get those 2 early turnovers? just quit complaining because you have poor money management

    I disagree.
The only people crying about his play call decision are the 90% who had their money on the Colts. Titans were in the redzone and if they kick a field goal they have 60+ yds to go to to get a TD if they recover the onside kick. If they go for the TD and then get an onside kick they only have 25-30 to go to put themselves in field goal range.

Fisher made the right call it is harder to get a TD than it is to kick a 50yd FG so while you are in range of the TD you get the TD first.

This is the same decision coaches make week in and week out and nobody has complained before people are only crying because they lost their bets due to this, Fisher knew they were done when they failed to get in the endzone with no timeouts and were forced to spike the ball with 10 seconds. The TD at that point was nothing more than a struggling team trying to boost their moral by losing by only 2 instead of 9.

Everybody who bet the Colts should have taken into consideration the fact that if Tennessee fell behind they were a team with nothing to lose.

Don't think it was fixed at all, he was gonna kick the FG but figured he would take another shot at the endzone which is fine, he could have kicked the FG but nothing wrong with taking another shot. Then they got a completion inside the 10 and you're not gonna kick the FG now. Just took them too long to score and got to a point in the field where the FG was pointless.

Agree. I'll take it one step further.

If you really believe the NFL is fixed, you should never bet another NFL game again. Seriously, we all acknowledge that it's hard to consistently pick winners. If you believe that some games don't come down to the play on the field but rather a decision fron on high, you are insane for throwing down money on these games (unless you have inside info on the fix...).

Last night sucked for Colts backers, but the outcome was not predetermined.

This. That was the right call when you are that close to the end zone. It was just poor clock management by Collins by throwing over the middle of the field a couple times in the final minute when they couldn't stop the clock.

Once Tennesse got down inside the 10 they had to go for the TD. It just didn't work out for them. It took them 4 downs instead of 1 or 2. Bironas has kicked 60+ FGS before and Fisher had to be thinking if they get the TD and recover the onside kick.....................it's a chance. They took too long scoring the TD. Hindsight is 20/20 and I am quite sure a head coach wouldn't last 17+ years in the NFL (with the same team) if he sucked!
