sorry csm but the otb's are obsolete. who needs foreigners spitting on the floor and rummaging through rubbish cans for losing tickets and the lines and general discomfort associated with these shops. add the 6% surcharge on winning wagers and it was almost better to lose to avoid the surcharge.
