Can someone tell me how Tampa Bay competes every week?

They are superbly coached, have a tough QB that makes big plays when he needs um and they can run the rock pretty damn well.
They are definitly overachieving this year quite a bit with their talent level, but it's possible if you have the previously mentioned ingrediants. Also, they did win in Green Bay last year - so there were rumblings as to what to expect this year.
