Coaches Do Not Know How To Count
Last night, Hill almost fuked me going for 2 up 8 on a +6.5 spread. Zero reason to go for 2.

Now, Oregon State Coach DID fuk me not going for 2 on a 16.5. The idiot kicks field goals all game from the 3 yard line and then kicks the extra point down 18 with 2 minutes left..

Could the class tell me the difference between a 17 point deficit and a 16 point deficit?

Yes, that was an absolutely criminal decision by the Oregon State coach. The sad part is that I know why he did it. He would rather lose 37-20 than run the risk of losing 37-19, because 37-19 looks worse. He should die a lonely miserable death.

Now, if he would have kicked off after that then that is one thing, but he had the BALLS to attempt an onside kick and make it look like he was actually still trying to win the game, which cannot be the case, since he neglected to go for 2.

Shame on this horrible coach. That was as ignorant as it gets.

Even more amazing, was the former Oregon coach in the booth saying it was the right call. That was the dumbest move I've ever seen, going for 2 up 8 instead of kicking the extra point.

You can add June Jones to the dumb coaches list too.

Exactly what I was thinking while watching it!

Good points here. Riley unnecessarily went for 2 in OT @ Washington that killed me as well. Twice Riley. Twice.

I don't know how football coaches can work 16 hour days and break down x's and o's, yet don't know simple strategy that a sharp first grader could tell them. What's worse than the 2 point conversions are the end of the game decisions. There are zero coaches that know that if you get a first down with under 2:30 and the other team is out of timeouts, the game is over. Last year I saw Mack Brown put Colt McCoy in the shotgun and had him run around and almost fumble, when all he had to do was line up in victory formation. It's really puzzling how dumb these guys are at certain times. The object is to win the game. Mix in a little strategy with the x's and o's.
