SBR has been a series of rolling launches. We talked about this in another thread recently. Basically, we tried to identify what we could be great at where there was not already heavy competition. SBR started with the sportsbook review site and then developed the live lines, SBR forum, mySBR, SBRTV, SBRContests, SBR Points, SBR Sportsbook, ect.

The point I would emphasis is do not try to nail your entire concept and launch it. Have a connect the dots type of plan and launch one at a time (connect the dots).
