How is BetUs w/ payouts?

I got a payout for 3k from them about a month ago... that said, I no longer use them. Too much negative crap from other posters and on the web. Why risk it when there are more reliable books out there.

Payouts are not part of their buisness model, stay away.

Here is my BETUS story:

I have been a loyal BetJamaica customer ever since I started betting on sports, the only other book I have ever deposited money into is Legendz (Good book but I like BetJam better). Anyway, at the beginning of this football season about 2-3 months ago, I got an email from BETUS giving me a $50 free play. I had created an account there like 2 years ago but never deposited. I simply used the $50 they gave me and made the same bets with it on a smaller scale that I was making with my real actual money at BetJam. After winning a few bets, I all of the sudden had $250 in my betus acct. Viewing this as pure house money, I bet the whole $250 on on the Jets to beat the Pats. I win. I call to request a payout via **, just like I do with BetJam all the time, and they tell me "we don't do **". I'm like well how do I get my money? They say Ill have to request a courier check which will be there in 10-15 "business" days". I then say ok and request the check. I call about 2 days later simply to confirm my payout was processed alright, and the guy tells me that they never issued the payout bc I had not met a...get this...10X rollover...and not only that, but they claimed they had given me a $25 free play like a year earlier and that was included in the rollover requirement. Keep in mind I had already churned 50 into over 500, and they tell me I need to make ANOTHER 500 in bets before I can cash out. Ok I said, so I bet the 500 and change in my acct on the Yankees and win. I now have 800 in my acct, which all stemmed from a 50 free play. I call to re-request my payout. The friggin stiff on the phone tells me that yes, I have finally met my rollover, but that the free play cae with a 500 maximum payout. I literally just start laughing at the guy, but theres not much I can do so i just say give me the 500, and I'm never dealing with your book again. About 2 weeks later, I was stunned when a FEDEX guy actually showed up at my door with the check. However, the check was from the SKETCHIEST of banks, it was some Canadian bank called "TD Canadain Bank" or something like that. There was no way I was taking this to BkofAma so I took the check to one of those shade middle eastern check cashing payday advance places. They cashed the check for a 20 fee and I wound up with 480.

I guess I cant complain to much since when all was said and done I came out $480 ahead, all on their dime as I never even deposited. But the hassle and shennanigans I had to put up with was not worth it. Simply NO REASON not to play with a good book like BetJam or Legendz if you are going to bet on sports. If oyu are gonna bet on sports and have literally thousands of choices for what book you want to use, why wouln't you give your business to a book you know will pay you and not actively look for reasons not to pay you? I had to argue and hassle with BETUS for weeks and put up with their BS over something that BETJAM woud have paid out in one day, in CASH no less. Open an acct with BETJAM and NEVER visit BETUS.com again.

I have had fairly decent experiences with BetUs, but I too am switching books due to all the negativity on the web.

Only problem I've had was in their racebook, I made a 2 dollar bet to win on a horse at 19/1. It won, and when I went to make another bet, my bet had been mysteriously canceled and refunded. When I called to inquire, the customer service rep said I hadn't placed my bet early enough, even though my printed slip showed twenty minutes prior to post-time. Faxed it to them, and they found some sort of error on my form and wouldn't honor it. Was too pissed to remember what the error was, and will never bet there again now that all my funds are out.

They can seem pretty good in the beginning of or during the FootBall season but once the super bowl is over. People beg them for a simple person money transfer two weeks after they requested it and the reps dont even know why the people aint getting paid.

Then in the beginning of the season they start fresh again with the people who didnt have bad experiences with them or never won to request a payout.

BetUs is a piece a crap.
