i am very concerned being a member here at sbr forum and having your employees threatening me in the forum.i have always been a likable poster with many supporters in any forum i have visited .today in the thread (how come we dont have more indians) i was threatened by a member of your staff named (shari) i would like her banned or at least have her apologize to me in the forum.

I dont think any poster should make threats to another poster i never have and i dont expect others to do it to me.my feelings are hurt because i thought shari and i were friends.

Jim, I'm glad to be here. I've spent the last few hours reviewing the facts of this case, searching around SBR and I've got to tell you we've got some good stuff here. There are three potential routes to a nice payday for us, Jimmy.

• Right now we're looking at an easy win discrimination suit against SBR for the double standard in application of the rules. I've gone back and looked at many of the times you posted about receiving infractions and there's nothing that compares to Shari's threat where she doesn't even get a slap on the wrist.
• We can also get something going against her for the psychological damage she did to you by threatening you with cyber-stalking.
• Finally, we can tack on the punitive damages for her brazen disregard for the feelings of others

The bad news here, Jimmy, is that I've had to start billing you at my usual rate for all the time I've been investigating by clicking around here at SBR. You'll get the bill in a couple weeks. Just mention the offer code MICK when you go to pay it for the usual Irish discount I give.
