    Worst Week for New Guy
Hey there I had a terrible week -1100. It's not that it's a large, large sum. It's the accumulation of 50 and 100 bets on college hoops. For example, I bet college hoops Ok. State would cover versus Depaul and they didn't of course, then I bet the next day that Depaul would be Cal-State northride yet they got blew out by around 20.

Just wanting some advice on how to bounce back and bet smarter.

I apologize to whomever bet on Boise St. cuz I did and LSU(tonight). My local says he remembers having bad weeks and it seems like the teams are losing cuz they know for a fact that "You(I)" bet on them...LOL.

Thanks for the advice if I receive any...

your wagering on 17,18,19 year olds that have up and down games

early season tournments and non conference games mean nothing

use 2t ml staggered home parlays when conference play starts

Bad weeks will happen, Ushould! Lay low for a bit - step back in next week. Lots on the board all season - no need to chase on tonight's midnight game like some will.

Bet your SBR points, and not real money.

Plenty of people here do it, and there are some exciting things in the store that you can purchase.

Once you feel comfortable that you've learned some things around here, move back to real money.
