Why was Appalachian State/Tennessee Tech No Action?

I see both my total and spread plays are pushes...and since they are both on 1/2 point obviously they didn't tie.

Anyone know the story on this game?

Game canceled because App St forgot to schedule officials for the game. It won't be made up.
