Got a 21 pounder. Usually smoke them, but it would take forever with one that size. Thinking about starting it in the oven and finishing it on the smoker.

My Neighbor raises chickens and turkeys, If any of you have never had fresh chicken or turkey i suggest you pay the extra cash and give it a try. No hormone injections and the meat is so much better then the shit you buy in the store. I was shocked at the difference the 1st time i tried my neighbors stuff, I will never buy chicken or turkey from the store again. Looks like the one he is killing for me tommorrw is gonna be around 25 pounds, maybe a little more! FBT
