My girl says her ex's family is rich and since they share the kids they will do one on me.

All I have is a DWI a long time ago.

    What else is disclosed?

I had one done on me for a job where I was dealing with meds and all they told me was that there no problems.

Assuming that it's just a regular background check, it will basically check public records to see any arrests that you have, judgements, lawsuits, marriage/divorce records, have you ever been evicted, etc. Pretty much anything that is public record.

I have an account at publicdata.com that I use sporadically when needed. Here's a sample from their site of the type of information that you can pull from people:

They will just look for public records, and try to find any reason that you would be a danger to have partial custody....... I wouldn't worry unless you have a recent arrest or serious financial issues (judgements, leins, etc)
