The worst of times where everything financially and economically is F'd up with no set of rules,long term predictability and stability.The best of times,poor people without any kind of a future can get addicted to using cheap mind candy computers,video games,digital cameras,$30 microwave ovens,walkman's etc.Just think how violent the country would be if they didn't have a cubby hole to be in weilding remote controls and gamepads in their hands.
