You bet $100 to win $600. The odds of 3 team parlay hit is 1/2*1/2*1/2 = 1/8. So the pay should be: Bet $100 to win $700 (under no juice scenario).

However since books have 10% juice which means 10/11 odds.

The odds of 3 team parlay hit is 1/2*1/2*1/2*11/10 = 11/80 = 1/7.272727. The pay should be bet $100 to win $627.27

With 5% juice scenario: 20/21 odds
Odds: 1/2*1/2*1/2*21/20= 21/160 = 1/7.619048. Pay should be bet $100 to win $661.90

Conclusion, you are underpay if you play parlay.
