they can get your general location and your service provider, but pretty much only your ISP or someone in law enforcement could get your exact address from itComment -

They cannot determine your street address nor your phone # from your IP.
They can determine (sometimes - not always) your city, your browser, your operating system, your computer name. The geographic limitations to IP's are quite broad.Comment -

Not sure where you live, but in Canada you can put your phone number on a national 'No Call List'.
