NCAACF - Tennessee vs. Vandy -8.5

The Vols are on a roll. Last two weeks- 20.5 point favorites against Memphis and 2.5 point favorites against Ole Miss at home. They covered both games easily.

I was expecting at least 16.5 this week at Vandy, but the current line is at 8.5. I don't see how TN does not cover. The Commodores football program is a mess right now. Tennessee fans will outnumber Vandy fans at Dudley Field. Historically, this has been a close game, but this year TN is making a late season run for a bowl bid and Tyler Bray is unstoppable.

Any aruments against TN out there?

Bray has given the Vols a vertical threat down the field and the receivers from UT are one of the better groups in the SEC with Gerald Jones, Denarius Moore and stud freshman Justin Hunter. The weakness for the Vols is depth (especially up the middle on D) and inexperience. Seems like two teams heading in opposite directions. Vols 38 Vandy 24

The line has dropped 1.5 points from its opening; from -9 1/2 down to -8. This is a big red flag. Anyone know what's behind that?

Tennessee has owned Vandy the past 15 years winning 14 of them. Against the spread, the Vols have only covered 2 of the last 6 against the Doars.

Vanderbilt is terrible at home against SEC teams covering none of last 7 games.
