He will be a mod for less than 9 months. He will not move to costa rica.

ok, i just got the full scoop.. i just got off the phone with SBR Johnny and this is what he told me.. NO JOKE..

he told me that when he discussed it with bobby how much he was asking for.. bobby said 700$/month.. (johnny told me he was laughing cause he was ready to pay him 2,500$ per month).. so then johnny, being the salesman he is.. said..i'll give you 400 pts per month.. bobby came back and said.. no, but i'll take 800 pts.. so johnny felt bad and told him, i'll meet you halfway, 600 pts per month, take it or leave it.. Bobby said.. DEAL..........

so now bobby signed a 3 yr deal at 600 pts per month (= 60$ per month), and MUST work 12 hr days and do all the garbage work.. like read all the threads, edit them, move them, give infractions, give bans, etc.. if he don't do the 12 hrs a day, he only gets 300 pts per month. that was the deal...poor bobby, for 2$ a day, he must now work like a dog and johnny is laughing. no wonder they fired General.. he got rid of his 4,500$ a month salary and got a kid to do the same job for 60$ a month, and he told me bobby couldn't be any happier.. you see, johnny didn't say 60$/mo.. he made it sound good and told him 600 pts per month.. it just sounds better...man, that johnny is one helluva salesman..

so to answer your question.. bobby will never get fired, as long as he is happy with his 600 pts a month, he can do this forever..

Id be a mod here for no less than 4800/mo. Too much bs n no job security. They get rid of mods like changing underwear

How are you going to pay the bills making $700/mo? Working supposed 12hr/days, doesn't leave much time to make side money or have another job. Was pointing out that hopefully he gets paid more than this.

Not sure how these jobs are filled. There are never advertised. No one interviews the candidates. One day someone is given a title and we don't hear back from them until when they are chucked.
