I hear ya brother doesn't matter what I do right now sports, poker anything I know i am gonna lose. Its a frame of mine right now constantly get 1 and 2 outed in poker. Negative thinking has a lot to do with it in my case.

man, you guys are all giving this poor kid the worst advice. you are all tellign him to lower his bets.. take a break and come back strong and also telling him he'll make a comeback..

the accurate answer is that he should just swallow his losses and never look back. gambling is a -ev proposition for 99% of people and by him taking a break or lowering his bets won't do him any good. he needs to quit now.. for life.. it will only go worse and worse if he continues. he'll never recover. your advice was all bad..

you need to quit now before you destroy your life.. taking a break will only delay your losing...you will never recuperate that money.. and if you ever did, you'll end up back to where you are now when you continue again.. till you lose every penny you have.

swallow your losses now while you still have some $$ and let this be learning experience. you'll be back on your feet in no time.

be persistent...never give up
