#48Guys,
I have not posted for a while. We did change the website and the software. I can thank the people at IQ for a disaster transition. We always seem to have people that cause nothing but trouble and then we take the blame. As for what is happening, we are getting rid of our sharp guys. We had way too many and frankly they have all been nothing but a negative impact. We are paying them all off, and are moving towards agent business as well as more recreational players. We still have most of our players and yes I will admit that some left because they got the shakes. At the end of the day I really do not care what people say or claim, if my players get paid then I am doing my job. Sure some shit may go sideways, but when a guy sends me money and wins he will get paid.
Unfortunately we even get players that bitch and moan about $8K that we owen them, get paid, and then owe us more than $10K which they were suppose to pay more than 1 week ago. That is absolute bullshit... but hey I guess you never hear that part. While I pay I get stiffed for $30K from 2 agents. Great way to do business. I will say this once and once only, as much as I care about my players I will not be addressing forums anymore as it was thanks to Mr. Dozer that this scumbag has stiffed me for $10K. I would suggest that maybe Bill talk to this asshole and get me my money. Hey Bill " Johnny reports Betonstars get stiffed for $10K from guy that is friend of Bill Dozer." F- RATING.
Cheers

#50As you all know I don't work at BOS anymore. But I when I left them me and Johnny still kept a good relationship.
I have to say that in this case it is totally true that BOS has been stiffed by 2 agents one of them being a guy that in the past went to Bill Dozer and cried about a payout when he didn't desrve it. At the end Johnny paid the guy in full even if he forfeited the bonus. Now that the guy screwed BOS for the second time I believe that Bill should go out there and help BOS to get the guy and make him pay.Comment -

#52Jay,
Thanks for the confirmation. I just got off the phone with this prick Jason and he said, " you will never get your money." I guess this clears up the situation real easy. If you are reading this Bill I suggest you call this guy, because after all it was the same Jason the cried for his $8K and got it all. Now he repays us by stiffing us? What the hell is going on here. I know most of you guys hate us, but this is new...
Johnny
P.S. Any other books out there watch out for this Jason guy. He is a scam and I am happy to report it so anyone can read about it.Comment -

#54Hey Brick,
C-R-E-D-I-T. That is how you spell it. I can't really respect the opinion of someone that cannot even spell a 5 letter word. We take full responsibility for all of our actions. But I will say that when this situation is from someone very big in the forum it does leave a pretty bad taste in your mouth.

C-R-E-D-I-T is actually a six letter word. Should we not respect the opinion of someone that can't count the number of letters in a 6 letter word?

#56So, now they are shifting blame for their non-stop slow pays, on a credit agent????
holy shiat... it's like a bottomless pit of stupidity and lies.
By the way, i saw the latest victims story on the front page..
"I have been having a problem getting paid by BetonStars. I requested a $2500 Neteller payout on Monday (13th) and have yet to receive it. I called them back on Tues and Wed to re-request the payout and they said that I was "first on their list" to receive money but at this time they had no money in their Neteller account. They said they were waiting on funds to clear. Anyway, I waited Thurs and Fri, even placing a $1000 on Fri night (and losing). I just called to check the progress of my withdrawl and they said the customer service department was closed but they could process it for me and I should get it Monday (they didn’t say why it hadn’t been processed on Thurs or Fri). I will let you know what happens but I have a bad feeling about this. This is the first time I have ever used a Sportsbook of questionable reputation and I have learned my lesson. I don’t know if you have had any other complaints recently, but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have gone through so I thought I should let you know."
did he happen to mention HOW he heard of them in the 1st place?
thanks in advance..Comment -

#57BoS claims a player duped them by saying he was a friend of mine. They took his word for it; didn't call SBR and handed him $15k in credit to which he could spread among his friends.
Had they called, I would have told them that SBR does not vouch for anyone nor do we get involved in credit/agent matters. This was a poor business decision and we can only hope BetOnStars learns from this crash course in bookmaking.

Notice to Sportsbooks: SBR never vouches for ANY player for credit accounts. Anyone applying for credit, claiming to be associated with, employed by or vouched for by SBR is attempting fraud. Except when authorized, employees of SBR are not permitted to gamble online by any method including; postup, credit or any other method. Sportsbooks should report any suspicious cases to John@SportsbookReview.Com

A gambling posting forum.

'nuff said'..
well, good news is, if it happens to be the "posting forum" i assume it is, the guy is covered, right?
i mean, they had an "insurance plan" in place...so, no worries there... right?
I feel much better now.
Looking forward to the next BetonStars *update*...
"Well, we wanted to pay the guy today, but, the banking supervisor was stuck in his dang garage! No, it's true! That darned garage door opener is just not working properly! hopefully, we will be able to get a cab to his house within the week."
"Gentlemen, this is all true. I am monitoring the situation very closely..The door, well, it just will not stay up long enough for him to drive out."
Thank you for understanding.

#61Johnny,
There must be something i'm missing. First you say that there was some bonus dispute with the player. But you ultimately paid him in full. But where you lose me is how do you go from having a dispute with a player to paying him in full and then give him a line of credit. Usually what happens when disputes get resolved is that a cash settlement is made and accounts are closed.
What i also don't understand is what does any of this have to do with the recent slow pays. YOu've been having payout issues since January. It's clear your payout problems have nothing to do with the 30k you are owed. The porblem is simple. You don't want to send money to your neteller account. Maybe it's beacuase you don't have money to send, or maybe you are just tired of sending money, and only wnat to pay current players with new deposits. In any event, it's clear that you refuse to take sound advice. YOu have been repetedly told that your consistently dry Neteller will be your downfall. Instead of funding it, you changed your rules to only aallow a laughable maximum $2500 a week payout.
If players were to ask you for 1 good reason why they should play with you versus nay ohter sportsbook, you couldn't give them 1 reason. YOur lines a re vanailla. Your site times out quickly. Your payouts are pricey. All you offer is a 25% bonus. But the bonus is a joke. On the one hand you say cashout winnings any time. But you limit the payouts to $2500 a week. So who needs it.
Here is a peice of advice. NExt time you wnat to start another beuiness venture. Think of how much the start up costs will be. Write me a check for half that amount. And drop the idea. 6 months later you can than send me a "thank you note" for saving you half your money.Comment -
