    Upgrade SportsInteraction
I've dealt with this book for years now. For the past year or so, they have been awesome. Quick payouts, competitive lines, no BS. Would like to hear what other industry gurus have to say about SIA (Ie: Marc, BAUS, Halifax). Should they be upgraded? I say...YES!

I agree SIA is hidden gem these days, fast payout service super easy payout options and great underdog spreads.

SBR just upgraded less than 2 months ago.

SBR Bill Dozer reports: SportsInteraction reaches its highest all-time SBR rating: C. SIA management has worked closely with SBR in recent months in an effort to tighten procedure and avoid disputes by implementing additional rules. Players report having direct access to management and experiencing an improvement in customer service. While it is clear that SIA has made positive adjustments, players should remember that SIA is known for its poor customer service and admits that they still have much to improve upon. SBR encourages players to send feedback to BillDozer@SportsbookReview.com.

They pay same day to Neteller now. Used to be 24-48 hours.

They still have some room to improve, but if you consider yourself any type of "sharp" at all, you know what kind of value they can offer at times.

          Wish their limits were higher.

Do they still ask you to leave after 10k in winnings? Last time I played there I had a overall good expierence. Needless to say that I won some decent money and the CS was very attentive. APPLE

Obviously it is best to be one of the Top Rated books at SBR, but when I'm looking for real value in a new option I want to explore, I look for the books that are trending upward in terms of SBR ratings. More than one rating upgrade in succession is real gold for a site in my opinion. It shows you are trying and you are paying. SIA staff and supporters should be exceptionally pleased with their current position.

I was booted after about 25-28k in winnings.

Don't know anyone who got ran for 10k or less, it's possible though I guess. My experience is most get it around 15-18k it seems, Baus was lucky to last that long.

As for the rating I think a C is just about right. They do have value to bettors but they also have created a lot of problems for gamblers in the past as well.

SIA's batting average was way up in the 4th quarter of 2005 but so is their rating.

It's easy to fall in love when a book shows you what they can be but like Patty Mac said, they have a history and it goes beyond bad CS. Future upgrades are certainly a possibility.

It wasn't too long ago management thought they would never get off the blacklist. I think some people there tried really hard to turn the corner and they eliminated about 3/4 of the CS complaints. When a valid complaint did come in, we posted it and they felt we were picking on them a bit.

Hopefully they feel they are better for it. SBR has a good idea how their systems work now and can often advise players without even contacting them. It's always nice to see a veteran book come off the blacklist.

I really have enjoyed my experience with them....room for improvement certainly but very books can say they don't....overall the lines are good for me, payouts are free, and customer service is very very friendly....

                      I would recommed them

I was booted a couple of years ago ... March/04, I remember it well LOL. Not 100% sure, but I think I was up about $18K ... I've seen anecdotal stories that they let you win a bit more than that nowadays, before they give you the boot.

Would I play there again ? I would in a heartbeat ... but then again, I know how the system works there ... stay on the straight and narrow, fund / withdraw with Neteller, bet only spreads, totals, moneylines on North American sports, and you should be fine ... start playing around with wacky futures, bet stale lines on Russian soccer games, open another account when your roommate / mother / cousin already has one, and you're inviting trouble ... I used to equate playing at SIA with ordering a bowl of soup from the Soup Nazi.

Deserving of an upgrade ? I'm not sure. But I do know this ... as an existing player, you're better off if they don't get an upgrade .. if they were to move to a B or A book, everyone would play there and the advantage would be lost .... as it stands now, given their current rating and checkered past, a lot of people don't have the balls to play there, and it's better for you that way (less competition for good numbers).
