Dallas is staring at a top 5 overall pick, next year.
Also, look at the Cowboys schedule, they are done.
1-5 is very possible.
My book has Dallas -3 (-124)
I'm tempted to wait a little bit to get the Giants with a few more points. But honestly, I would take the Giants -3 if that was what the line posted. The Cowboys are that poorly coached. Giants are clicking a lot better and I do believe that the Giants will come in and break the Cowboys heart.

I feel the same, the remaining games on their schedule are f***ing brutal. If they don't win they can pack it in for the winter!!!

Seriously, Carolina and Buffalo are the only 2 other teams that will finish worse than the Cowboys.
Maybe Detroit and maybe Frisco because those 2 teams are unlucky as hell/ But they can turn that around.
And maybe somebody else melts down.
But the Cowboys are looking at a top 5 pick for next year.

I just know when a team in NFL need something, like to win, to make playoff, or to protect the undefeated record, they lost BIG time.

Except for the Jaguars getting blown out last week, hasn't the home team covered in every Monday game so far this year? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Dallas outgained the Vikings pretty handily, actually held them to 188 yards of total offense. Not bad if you ask me, if not for some dumb penalties and turnovers they cruise to a win. I HATE Dallas, always have, but in reality, they are a lot better than their record.

I hate these "no way..." threads. There is a way. If you have watched sports long enough you know anything can happen and that the media is a bunch of bull crap.

let's not debate this again. Dumb penalties, lack of leadership, and turnover-machine Romo is PART OF WHO DALLAS IS. Their record is exactly what it should be. The only thing they are cruising to is a sweet draft pick while Jerry watches someone else hoist the SB in his stadium.

The thing I like Dallas that they are likely selling their games, and I love to fade them for many years. If I don't fade them I put $5 in parlay Dallas +O/U for their works on the field. Did they jump and run???

SD has also out-gained their opponents by 1000 yards but sit at 2-4. Does that mean they are better than their record? I laugh when these stat-boys read their espn sheets and start crowning teams. Teams aren't defined between the 20s. Bad kickoff coverage, penalties, turnovers are part of the makeup of a team. Especially if it happens on a regular basis. The only thing they can rely on to pull them out of the basement is talent because there are no leaders at any key positions including the coach. Romo is a glorified backup and wannabe Brett Favre. They are the KC Chiefs of the 90s. Regular season all-stars and chokers when it counts.

Another game that screams to avoid like the plague.
These NFC East games are very hard to handicap. Especially when you seemingly have two teams going in two opposite directions.
The equalizer is the fact Dallas knows if they go to 1-5, their season is done. Heck, even if they win, their season may still be over. However, the Giants know this as well. I have to think they will be fired up to put them out of their misery in their new home (which by the way, the Giants are undefeated in I believe).
I don't know... I could make the case for either side here. I sense a close game, coming down to the last 2 minutes. In which case, you have to give the edge to Eli.

If there is ever a where the refs give all the calls or non calls to Dallas this is it. Jerry has the check book out and the NFL needs Dallas in the mix. you do the math.

Let's not lose track of the fact that Minnesota looks awful this year as well.
But yeah, there's NO WAY Lions go 0-16, Niners go 0-5, Pittsburgh misses the playoffs, etc. You must predict the unpredictable, grasshopper.

I'm not saying the Cowboys will win, i'm just stating the facts. I'm actually hoping the line goes up to -3.5 so I can buy the Giants up to +4, i think its a close game either way and i'd love to have +4.

Exactly. Similar to every game they have played.
There's too much talent there and if they do beat the Giants Monday night, paired with an entirely possible Philly loss at Tennessee and...looky there, the Cowboys are ONE GAME back in the loss column of all NFC East teams with 6 division games remaining.
Just sayin...weirder things have happened.
Cowboy haters are blinded by their masturbatory frolicking in the Cowboys 1-4 start and just love piling on with nonsensical talk of a top 5 draft pick and what not. They are more unrealistic than the Cowboy homers.

It's a little more than that.I can handicap buddy.Having Roy Williams,Dez Bryant, and Miles Austin to throw to is a major advantage for Dallas and I like Romo's competitive spirit. They're at home. It's due or die and this is the spot.Dallas always plays the Giants well in Texas.
