    Betcris's customer service
    Am I the only one that's not having a good experieced with betcris's customer service? From this past experieced, it really makes me to double think about doing businese with them.

        I've also had negative experience with their CS. Unanswered emails, each livechat personnel telling me the issue differently with a new twist. Not my favorite book really.

          I hate their CS. If they promise to do something and they do not do it while you are online you can forget about it.

              I think their customer service is terrible. The fact that they refused to pay me the $939 I won from them the week RichCoast went down proves this. I offered to make another deposit, roll over my winnings , or even agree to keep my money in their book for 30 days and they refused on everything. They are not deserving of an A+ rating. They are deffinately an excellent book that will pay but their customer service should keep them from being an A+ book.

                What baffles me about BetCris is that they have never, ever, ever, ever, ever answered any of my emails when I had a specific question.

                I can expect an attitude like that from a sportsbook with a F rating (F as in fart) but not from an A+ rated sportsbook.

                  In response to the comments I made about BetCris, one may be tempted to say that the reason why BetCris does not reply to my emails when I have a question is because they must receiving so many of those that answering them all would not be humanely possible.

                  Be advised that I am not willing to buy that for the simple fact that Pinnacle always answer my emails when I have a question. Always.

                    And now for the other side of the story . . .

                    I have had excellent experiences with CRIS customer service. Thay have gone "above and beyond" for me a few times, doing things that very few books would do.

                    I have had positive results when dealing with them over the phone and via Live Chat and e-mail. It isn't just me either. I have read many good things about them from many people over a long period of time. I remember a thread here quite awhile back asking who has the best CS. CRIS was prominently mentioned and, although they aren't a top 5 book for me overall, they got my vote as #1 for CS.

                      Thay have gone "above and beyond" for me a few times, doing things that very few books would do.
                      and they aren't the only book that Mudcat gets <special treatment> from. He squeezes lots of books.

                          I get the impression that the quality of the BetCris customer service you will receive will be directly proportional to the size of your account.

                          Fat account means good customer service.

                          UltraSlimFast account means "service what ?"

                            I have dealt with CRIS CS and had success with a very small account. I used the live support chat window on several occasions and in every instance I was met by above and beyond support. Thanks, CRIS, for being so patient with such at noob (at the time).

                                Hmmm...that's a lot of negative feedback about their customer service, especially concerning unanswered emails.

                                Bill, is there any way you can run your email test on them and post some results?

                                I'll do a test of my own also and post the results in this thread.

                                  my experience with my account being hacked could have been handled better initially, but once Mickey got involved things were cool...I'd give their CS an "A" for sure...

                                          Why would you give their CS an A if only Mickey's involvement (he's the owner, in case you don't know) got your things taken care of properly?

                                            Only times I have ever dealt with CS was in asking them to add a bonus. SOmetimes you have to ask a couple of times before the bonus gets added. Other than that, never had any real problems that required Cs assistance

                                              I have been saying this about betcris for months. After they cancelled a ton of my bets I asked them to simply look into the actual racetimes on the actual video and they refused. Apparently it was much more profitably to ignore the better. They have always deserved a downgrade. Ever since I went to pinny I have not had a single problem and not a single race was cancelled for 'past betting'. I also love absolutely love the refunds that pinny gives on racing the very next day after you bet. I have made over 1k just in refunds.

                                                My issues were related to beat the prick contest winnings. I tried to email with no answer, talked at livechat and nobody there knew anything. Told me to call tomorrow etc. I had won the contest 4 times and last time they refused to pay me the prize even tough i had reupped my account just moments after they credited the prize for others that friday. First time i won the contest they paid me the prize on saturday as i was a bit late with my deposit with description "btp contest winner - late post". I think they have probably labeled me as a bonus abuser or something as i only deposited 50 there twice and got 3 $100 prices and were able to win over 900 with those deposits and bonuses. Well, i don't care, not a big deal. My dimes will go to pinnacle, cris has such a lousy odds like -110 spreads and high juice moneylines i see no reason to play there.

                                                  I didn't know that Mickey was the owner, I just thought he was the head supervisor...thank you for filling me in...can anyone else verify this as being true?

                                                  I rate Cris's customer service an A because of the way they handled things after their initial screw-up...Mickey had the CS agent reprimanded for not freezing my account immediately after it had been hacked into...he also took the time to personally investigate the situation and credited back over 85% of the funds...all books are going to have situations where mistakes/ security breaches/ etc. are made, but it's how they handle these situations that are important to me...combine that with I have never had any other problems with their CS, I have always been promptly paid and all of my questions are always answered...that is why I give them an "A" rating...
