I believe games are fixed.. Ref's control the game.. Lets think about football as an example.. Almost every play could see a flag.. ( holding, illegal contact, ect.) One thing i've noticed a lot in football is late flags.. Several times, i've saw a flag not be tossed until after a catch is made.. Like a screen or quick out.. Once its caught, whistles blow & a flag is tossed & you have a holding call.. Makes me wonder if it'd still been thrown had the ball been incomplete..
