Martingale systems are basically the same as taking -1000 favorites, your gonna win most of the time but when variance catches up you (which it will) you will lose big.
Martingale chases are what ruin gamblers lives, the system has been around since the 1700's and nobody has ever made a living chasing bets and I doubt you will be the first. The brightest mathematical minds in the world have proven that it will fail if you continue in the long haul. Play with the streak calculator to give you an idea of how often losing streaks will come.

To think I have spent nearly 15yrs learning to beat the game and countless hours a day crunching numbers and you got drunk one night and figured out how to get rich with no effort.

I personally do it on occasion to brag and other times to teach. If anyone would take time to go back and check my live-betting threads, they would get an idea of why I bet what I bet when I bet it. This information I can share freely as the Live-Betting market is rapid and I will not lose any value by a few people on here picking up some pointers on LB. but of course this board is also populated with people that want to see others fail, really strange. very hostile board at times, which is strange. I want to see anyone willing to learn or willing to put some effort forth succeed.

If I started a thread where I bet 500 games at nothing but -1000 odds and turned a profit would that give me credentials like yourself? Would this not be the same as a martingale chase where you end up betting $100 to win $10? sure I am going to win most of the time but when I lose I am going to get crushed.
Only point I was making is that you have no room to critique any ones picks, so what if he loses a few and lies about it he could always just chase them till they win right? than instead of being 40/50 he would be able to say he is 30/0.Comment -
