They have certainly passed the test of time but they have been a bit heavy handed at times similiar to 5Dimes.
Anyone else? Are they a B- book?

I've used them on and off for years and B- sounds about right to me. They were a top 5 book for me last baseball season. Very good dog lines. Other than baseball, I just find them hit and miss.
They aren't trying to rip anyone off. I've heard of a few payout problems over the years but they all tended to be minor.
They have some decent bonuses at times (if you don't mind high rollovers).
IMO they could do themselves a big favor by laying off some of the Mickey Mouse stuff. Their Neteller payout policy ($1000 a day max with a $20 flat fee each time) is minor league. I've heard the shills spin on it and it doesn't hold water. (That's another thing - too many shills - although that's more the BetDon clone than WW.)
They came up with - and I believe they are still using - the most convoluted, over-engineered strategy to manage props action I've ever heard of. Just picking it apart could be a whole new topic on its own. The thing about it is, it affects so very few people directly - but it puts a big Mickey Mouse stamp on the whole op. I don't want to start going into the details right now but it's just such a weak idea, it's hard not to wonder what other aspects of the business are subject to such weak thinking.
They are their own worst enemy sometimes.
But overall, I would go along with the B-.

WagerWeb receives second upgrade in two months, resulting in jump from C to B-. In a recent conversation with SBR, WagerWeb ownership talked of implementing friendlier policies and agreed to eliminate a procedure where accounts are temporarily locked until the user confirms that he/she understands betting restrictions placed on proposition wagers. Recent player feedback has otherwise been positive.

In terms of value, Wagerweb gives as much to the player if not more than most books but they do it in odd ways and don't want to conform to what players are used to. They feel they can pay a ton to Neteller for banking but would have to eliminate some of the things that make them unique.
The 1% of volume is worth more than the cost of Neteller fees. If you are a smaller player the limit is not an issue. If you are a big player you stay for the volume rebate. If you are either, and hit it big, you can use a different banking method and get all your cash. But, like Mud and many others have said, the 1k/day just looks bad. It sends the message that the book is afraid to pay too much at once and after seeing this negative, a lot of players won't look further to see the pros. We can look for this to be adjusted in the future.

This was another policy that may have made sense when crunching numbers in the boardroom but sends the wrong message. This upgrade was contingent on mgt. agreeing to no longer freeze an account until the player calls to talk about what he is betting on. From now on, WW should be using the software to adjust limits like everyone else. If the player wants to talk it over, he can call in and wheel and deal.
WagerWeb actually services pros fairly well but when these complaints get out it makes them look like they micro-manage their players.
It's a good sign to see a book open to player feedback. I think these tweaks will help their image and make them an option for players that would have looked elsewhere.
took them up on their promotional offer...software was OK, and wagers were graded promptly...

I have been with them for about a month. I have been very happy so far. I really like the volume rebate that they put in your account each Monday. I have yet to request a payout. I agree the $1000 is a little cheap but I knew that going in. They allow you one free payout up to $40 in fees per month. If you want more than $1000 I would suggest getting a cashier's check. They charge $50 for that so it would only cost you $10 since they pay the first $40. As Bill pointed out the volume rebate will pay for that $10 no problem.

In the sportsbook you get back a % of whatever you bet. I am not sure what it is. I believe it is close to .75%. Their web site says .25% but it seems to me that it is more than that. My first week I wagered $661 and I received a $5 in my account.. The next week I wagered about $3500 and received $24. I don't know what that comes out to or exactly how it is figured but it's nice each Monday to see some extra cash in my account. I must also point out that I have won each of those weeks so it isn't just given to you if you lose.

Sounds like you just have to manage those withdraw fees, catsfan's strategy looked good. $50 for a check? Yea I know they give you $40 a month but man what if you are a smaller player and want a 2nd check?
Otherwise, those rebates really add a lot of value.

You guys are definitely interpreting those rebates the way Wager Web wants you to. The truth is, they amount to slightly reduced juice. They charge full juice and give a little bit back.
The rebate is 1% of base amount (the lower number of risk/get) of all bets during football season. I'm not sure when exactly it happens, but at some point it switches to 0.5%. But they have nice dime lines for MLB so the value is similar.
Since the rebate applies to both winning and losing bets, it makes WagerWeb roughly the equivalent of a -108 book. If you're using your rebates to pay for your payout fees, it amounts to a normal full-juice book.
From an overall value standpoint you are better off just going with a reduced juice shop like Pinny, Hollywood, Trojan or whatever. Those shops give you better value with your bets - even figuring in the WW rebates - AND a much better deal on payout fees and methods.
Anyway, I don't want to cut WW down. I already said they're a top 5 book for baseball. They just have some weak Neteller payout terms compared to the rest of the industry and I'd like to see that improve.

WagerWeb ownership informed us two days ago that they back Don financially. This is the only one of the turnkey sites that they stand behind.
Ronald,
What are your limits? Are you able to bet by phone?
