A player just wrote in that he signed up last week at Betoto. Recieved a 50 Euro bonus. After rolling his money once, book cut his limits to 3 euros. Player only had 79 euors in his account. So instead of just paying the guy 79 euros and asking him to leave, they tried to screw him by making it insanely difficult to complete the roll. Ultimately they player somehow managed to complete the roll at 3 euros a pop and get out. Definitely a place to avoid.

#2Where is this book out of? Australia, I remember seeing that they offered some good dog lines in soccer, but I know everyone says their limits are absurdly low.Comment -

#4About Betoto....I got the same bonus from Betoto, made the rollover, than made the casino bonus rollover too, and finally withdrawed 2000 EUR-s via **, which I received in 2 days, without any fee (!), and limit restrictions to my account, so I can only tell the best about Betoto.
If the player is the same who post a similar story to other forums, than I guess the reason he received such limits, because he tried to make the rollover with 1.02 oddses (he mentioned this fact in another forum)....
This isn't a perfect excuse for what Betoto did, because I can't see in their rules that the player should make the rollover with higher oddses, but if a player tries to make a low rollover (3x....) with only this low oddses without real bets, a bookie can suspect he is only a bonus hunter, not a future-real-player, and this is some reason for limiting his account.
The Betoto/Betandwin/Playit trio IMHO would be a top bookie, if they stop limiting those account's, who win a lot from them....I always received my winnings from them in 2 days via ** without any fee, and I can't see any other bookies offering ** withdrawals fee freely....+they offer Supertoto, very good live bets (imho the best in the market), very good player special bets for Euroleague and ULEB cup (my favourite betting sport), +good casino bonuses nearly every 2 weeks....As I said, the only main problem with them is the account limiting, otherwise, they are far more correct than many other books.....Comment -

#5Betoto and BetAndWin belong to the same BAW family.Very strong in some european countries.Slow payments that some times could last up to 14 days for credit cards and 5 days for neteller. Also, very slow in answering mails, it takes them something like 3 days to answer a simple mail.
Yes they are very strict with limits.I am myself limited by betoto to 100 Euros per bet. They check accounts every 3 months and when they detect big withdrawals, they limit players.
Both books have almost similar odds.I would describe it as a good source of arbs in euro soccer.Comment -

#6You know, I forgot that Betoto was part of the Betandwin family. I think for the most part every issue we have had recently involving BAW sites have been resolved to the players satisfaction. The GM Frank Mahon has been very good about responding to our inquiries.
I think what caught me by suprise was the amount of money involved. Since it was such a small amount I think the correct thing to do would have been to just pay the player and kick him out. ANy time you offer a big percentage bonus, with a small roll, you have to expect players to come in just for the bonus money.Comment -

#8I have said it before and I'll say it again ...
... if a book imposes such limits when a player is trapped in a WR then the book is effectively breaking the original agreement. Clearly the player did not expect or have any reason to believe that he would have to rollover at such tiny amounts (ie make dozens of bets).
This is appaling treatment.Comment -

#9Welcome to the forum Kamski.
That's a ridiculous situation you are in. Very unethical on the part of Bototo. I'm glad you reported it here.
Personally I would phone the book and see if something can be worked out. They make take larger wagers over the phone or you may just be able to talk someone into increasing your on-line limits. But I've never dealt with this outfit so I don't know what they're like.
You shouldn't have to do that - it's a black mark on Betoto - but it looks like that's where we are.Comment -
