There is NO CASINO that has a true random number generator. They are afraid to get hit big. If any casino wants to have their software audited, then they can step to the plate (none have answered the challenge thus far).

They use pseudo-random/quasi-random number generators, which, translated, means mostly random, but if it comes up jackpot, 99/100 we are erasing that shit and using a Mulligan.

They are vulnerable against a guerilla-style assault. Don't spend hours upon hours; just hit-and-run. You have some hope, then!

I posted something similar to this in the poker forum, but I think all of these certifications are worthless because they are all done in the past during a snapshot in time.

This is software, where parameters can be changed immediately.

Online casino knows its getting audited, turns the "big switch" to "fair-mode." Generates a few days of results and emails the data off to the auditor for analysis, then turns the doomswitch back on.

Almost all of these casinos present one-time audits done a few years in the past. Given the nature of software, at minimum this is what is needed:

* ONGOING auditing where the auditor takes samples of data from games and times UNKNOWN to the casino. Currently the casino knows when and what games are being checked. Duh!

* Publish the source code and details about the Random number generator. Given the definition of randomness, if it's a decent RNG publishing the source code makes it in know way predictable or exploitable.

Becky I'm not aiming this specifically at Bodog I don't have personal experience in that casino but I think all online casino's and poker sites have pretty much the same TOKEN worthless audits.

EDIT: The Gaming Associates audit document on Bodog claims "The RNG software is verified against the fingerprint periodically" I wonder if Bodog is aware of when this periodic testing is taking place or if it's a blind test?
