Interesting. Not sure why I haven't heard about this place, but will definitely check it out. The whole area around SoFi is pretty amazing. Intuit dome just opened last week- too bad the Clippers play there.

They have arranged cameras on top of the octagon walls for UFC. Sounds like that is one of the better events for the tech.

I thought the football looked pretty good too.

I was scrolling through Instagram Reels (as one does

) and came across this reel of this uh-mazing looking sports bar in Los Angeles called Cosm. It's basically an immersive experience to watch sports: A HUGE screen, stadium seating; the reel I saw looked like the people were sitting right on the sidelines - it was pretty wild.

Apparently it's located just down the street from SoFi Stadium, and just opened last month. I think I'm going to have to put this one on my bucket list of things to do when I'm in LA.

Are any of you guys near there? Have you, or do you plan on going? It looks SO FUN!

Meta Quest 3 VR has a similar application. You can sit ringside at UFC, boxing, courtside seats at an NBA game, etc. I’ve watched a few games and it’s pretty neat.

That would be amazing! So do they have different cameras that they set up (I'm thinking like IMAX)?

That would be pretty sweet too! I think Cosm might be more fun with the atmosphere and the crowds. Kind of like that going to a game feel without actually going to the stadium.
