Favorite moment was all the bashes I attended and met some great guys who I still call friends. Mpash, Peavy, Booya, Allaboutthe$$, BigDay, Fireindahole, Opti, Dazer etc etc etc. Hoping we can all meet again.

Biggest SBR disappointment. Never meeting GauchoJake

1. The basketball bracket contests where we were seeded and went head to head each week to advance just like March Madness.

2. When John selected three handicappers and we all got one that we owned stock in. We could sell the stock or hope they won money daily and ride it or sell at its daily value.

3. Many thanks to LT and Spider who worked really hard at all the horse contests.

4 Plenty more but hopeful this isn’t a eulogy.

Went to the 2009 Bash in Las Vegas it was great! meet a few posters

BTP back before there were bet points and getting that $100 check in the mail for being top 10 that week!!

The early days were better, but everything always seems that way, the forum had odd times and good times:
When the ladies, cant remember all that posted for a while, sportsgirl, badnina, Robin, and the others, Bread came here to when they did!
then when MOFOME showed up for a few months power posting every other thread was one he started, he didn't last long

and a 1000's I cant remember

Made all of the Vegas bashes. Wish I would have made the ones in Costa Rica. Lots of great memories being brought up. Original BTP contests with real payouts in cash. Envelopes in Vegas, great poker tournaments in Vegas, great dinners and entertainment in Vegas. Taking Tsoprano for several bets, JJ…and the list goes on.

Best times and you start to feel genuinely connected to people after we meet.

Won the 2013 NCAA Basketball Bracket Contest. That was amazing considering how many great handicappers that we had back then on here . The legend Jay Vegas and his Vegas trip thread was possibly the greatest single thread in the history of the internet. So many amazing posters have come and gone. JJ Gold and his knack of inciting newbies was so much fun to watch. I still believe the best days are ahead for SBR.
