Unfortunately Brazil looks head and shoulders above the field, as much as I would prefer otherwise. This is one of the weakest world cups we've ever seen in terms of rosters. The only fully healthy team is Brazil. Spain and Germany's exits were very expected. No class on those teams. Belgium fell apart in the locker room and had their own injuries with 2/3 of their best players basically not playing for the whole year. Argentina is missing their second best player, he is still banged up and not healthy. France is missing 3 of their 4 best players. England roster is whatever. Tough guys who will probably come up short again. The Dutch and Portugal are pretty healthy and have quality squads.
Brazil is annoying, but this year they actually have the roster to get it done. Their rosters in the past where books favored them were awful. Was so obvious they'd get bounced in the quarters and semis each time. Still holding out hope for Messi and Tina, but when Di Maria at this age is your second best player, and Dyabala isn't playing, there's a problem. Feel bad for Messi. Pathetic management of this nation. If he wins he's easily the best of all time and it isn't close. No one has ever won a WC with such a pathetic roster.
