Duke will be without one of their freshman who has yet to play this season while Kansas Coach Bill Self will not be coaching tonight due to a self-imposed four game suspension.

Curious to see if the Spartans can take down Kentucky. They had Gonzaga dead in the water on Friday but couldn't put them away.

I just hope it’s a good game. Tom Izzo is 1-2 lifetime against John Calipari with all 3 games being played in this classic.

Louisville loses again 61-60 at home to drop to 0-3 after their late basket didn't count against App St due to time expiring.

Pretty good game; Michigan St vs Kentucky. Double OT. Michigan St has been playing for behind in both overtimes and just keeps hanging on. Needed till the end of the first overtime to hit the over on this game.

Big win for the Spartans. They outlasted Kentucky 86-77 in double over time. They have a tough non conference schedule this season so winning some of these tough matchups will really help come tournament time and help them continue to become a better team.

How is Michigan State not ranked?
I guess the same as how the fuk is Kentucky #4. Are the schools now paying for rankings?

Going to see more upsets as kids that didn't get a dollar of NIL money will just get it from the books a few hundred at a time.

Wow that's tough man I actually took KU because by the time I bet it the Jayhawks were getting +2. I also played the Under in both games and that should've went 2-0 but Kentucky couldn't seal the deal. I knew my Cats were favored by too many points against Michigan State who should be ranked this time next week but I didn't want to bet the side. I think all four of these teams will make a run in March its still way too early in the season to tell much from these games and all of these teams will be entirely different come March.

They are ranked that high because Oscar Tshiebwe came back not to mention a few others from that team that lost to St. Peters. I think they have better shooting this year although Frederick and Reeves had bad games against a stingy MSU team. Both those guys came into the game shooting over 50% from 3 but couldn't hit the broad side of a barn against State last night. Cats will be fine but they'll lose a few along the way just the way it goes in College hoops.

I guess whoever does the rankings didn't think they were bringing back enough talent to be ranked. It will all work its self out at the end. I remember thinking rankings actually meant something when I was younger but it really doesn't. These pre season rankings are never accurate but do help garner more attention to the tv screens when these ranked teams meet up.

He definitely under achieves with the talent he has brought in over the years. He hasn't seen the recent success like he did when he first started out at Kentucky. It's been 11 years since he won the National Championship and even though he has had good teams he really shouldn't be talked about as one of the best coaches in college basketball because he should be doing better with what he has around him.

Enough parity in hoops this year. That's one big thing it has over college football. Going to have to watch more marquee teams but there should be plenty of upsets this year.

Domination by Michigan in 2nd half even with leading scorer on the bench for most of the 2nd half with foul trouble. They outscored Pitt by 25 points, scoring 53 points, and going 6-8 from deep.
