Hi guys yesterday I made a deposit at bookmaker.eu it was declined but money was taken out of my account I spoke to them them and I was informed that it was declined, I give my bank a call and cancel the transaction and they give me my money back little did I know when I was sleeping at 3am they took the money out again contacted their chat room because you call them anymore and they asked me to send them the picture of the transaction I did that 10 min later.i just got the email from them stating that my request was declined. What can I do I cant spend hours on the chat with them its real ****** up situation.

How much was the deposit for?
I'm guessing you used a debit card? If that's the case, you can probably just send them a copy of your statement and they should credit once they verify.Comment -

Ifs its showing as a pending transaction on the support you sent to bookmaker thats why they declined it. Simple solution.....wait till the credit card transaction posts a few days after, take screenshots showing it posted, then upload it in bookmaker in the dispute transaction area of the cashier. Wait about 7 days and they will give you your money. Its annoying I know but it'll all get figured out.Comment -

oh ok, it actually happened to me a couple months ago and there was something on the site that let me upload the bank statement and send to them before that yea it was my word against theirs. I noticed deposit did something different on that day thats why I said use phone but Ill never deposit by any kind of card there again period anywayComment -
Dude this happens when you use the card method. It’s happened to me with them mb 2x in the last few years. As soon as it’s no longer pending and is processed by your bank, it’s almost 100% just returned to your account. You are messing up by getting your bank involved so fast. That only complicates things. Trust me. Tell your bank you figured it out and just work with the book.Comment -

a pending transaction cannot be cancelled and disappear. it has to go thru the background channels before it just falls off.Comment -
When you make a charge on any debit or credit card, it is never settled immediately. The money may have been taken out of your account but that does not mean it has been settled. It always takes 3 to 5 days for the transaction to settle. If it was declined, the money will be returned back to your account after the transaction settles. All banking systems follow this protocol as a security measure to protect you from fraudulent charges.Comment -

4 of my last 5 deposits on gtbets were declined on the site citing some error and my bank got charged anyway. I was furious at the time bc that was the money I had set aside to gamble that weekend. It made me look like a shmuck immediately having to transfer more money to my personal acct having to explain a processor error to my girl lol. That was the worst part. I knew they would sort it out when it processed. All of the charges were returned once processed. This happened after the dos attack. Normally is a great book.Comment
