By the same token, all the extra attention to sports betting brings more money to the markets in general, especially with MLB playoffs rockin'.
That money spills over.
This increases our chances of both finding and betting into more liquid "off" numbers, especially if the forecasting can counter the public or contrarian adjustments can be made.

In line with that last post, to give an example, for decades now I have said that the single best day to bet on sports, across the markets, is the Saturday college basketball before the Super Bowl.
The money is very high, March Madness high but condensed to the one weekend, and it spills over into college hoops, creating all kinds of ineffiencies.
The books know this and will take positions accordingly.
So will we.
