I don't Bill. Just showing a team's last playoff game seems like it would be a misleading as 11/12 (now 13/14) teams that make the playoffs will end with an L straight up. Everyone in the playoffs has an L at the end except one team. From the looks of your data, of the 25 teams that made playoffs and scored 500 or more during the regular season, 4 won the Super Bowl straight up. If this was a 30 years year sample, in the same time frame, 337 teams that did not score 500+ and made the playoffs won 26 Super Bowl straight up. So if you scored 500 and made the playoffs, the rate you won the SB was 4/25 (16%). If you did not score 500 and made playoffs, your rate was 26/337 (7.7%). It would be interesting to know how those 500+ teams fared ATS across all playoff games. Looking at your list, sure it looks dismal looking at their final playoff game, but maybe a 500+ team that lost ATS in the SB, won 2 or 3 straight playoff games to get there and covered all of them and fading them would have hurt. Who knows unless you got a database or want to spend hours digging it up.
