    Preview of NE/GB game:

*Name me a WORSE qb who has started an NFL game since start of 2021.

Not sure the mkt line has adjusted enough for Jones to Hoyer.

Thayer said that Giant crowd is sparse. Maybe Eastern seaboard weather effect today.

Fields w/ great scramble, inside 20.

    Inactive list:

*Bills still have four Def starters out (I believe). DB Poyer on IR.

Charger injuries have been documented. Bosa out today.

But it looks like C Linsley and CB JC Jackson are playing.

Hard to see how they will lose. On radio, Bart Scott has said that Hoyer's on the roster b/c Coach Bill likes him as practice QB.

They won't lose but it's a weird spot after that big win in TB.

Fair comment. Both Off Tackles Jenkins/Bakhtiari did miss the game they lost at MIN.

Wow, Colts are bad. Loss today would make them 0-2-1 in the division.

I know DALL defense is tough. If Wash doesn't show something today...I think Rivera will be in trouble.

Tough game for NO K Lutz. Makes 60yarder, near-miss on 61 yarder.

*Pretty sure he would have become the first kicker to make two 60+ FGs in the same game.

Stupid from jags coach, why not kick FG instead of 17-0 now probably 14-7

Yup 14-7 just don't understand not getting a 3 score lead, if you convert 1st down still probably 25+ yards to go anyway, now eagles pumped up

windy and rainy. kicker was struggling from that side pre-game. i actually would have punted it first to try and pin them inside the 10, gone for it second and resorted to the 51 FG as the last option.

Hi, Mike. Working my ass off. But enjoying life.

I actually barely made a bet for two years (and didn't miss it). Been getting back into it...but I have yet to show any good results. I'm of the opinion that the mkt line is very sharp nowadays.

Pet peeve from the Chi/NYG game:

*Bear receiver makes a nice catch. Some question about it being a legit catch.

Shouldn't a pro team have an "audible" like "Go" where they go to line and snap immediately? You force the hand of opponent that way. Invariably, I see these teams take too much time:

*Opponent watches replay on Jumbotron. Now, everyone on planet knows it hit the ground.

we're talking about the same nfl coaches that only started making proper decisions when it was widely publicized as analytics... and STILL many of them refuse to go for 2 when they cut the lead from 14 to 8 late, stuff like that which is an obvious decision

for the most part coaching staffs are dumb sheep

Ya, Mike. Just a few of these things that seem so obvious to me. Supposedly, John Harbaugh (BALT) has a technical assistant in his ear who gives him strategy clues throughout the game.

    1) The auto-spike is one (for me). You make the OPP sometimes make a bad challenge to burn a timeout.
    2) I really think the L2min or L4 min of each half is so important. If you can erode the clock such that last play of the half is your scoring attempt, I think that's perfect.

The Denver HC took the cake for me in the game at SEA. How TF he tried the 64-yard sea-level FG is beyond me.

On the comeback. The underrated Bill injury = Poyer (imho).

So many pass defenses are leaky. Bill pass def (at full-strength) is strong. But Poyer (out) is a part of that.
