    They should go back to old school triple option football, and recruit to that. Find a younger coach who is committed to the program
    for 10 years.

    My theory is Frost knew he was getting fired this year by Oct.1 so he didn't really put much effort into coaching. So Joseph had a lot to make up on short notice and while the effort was there, the fundamentals just were not
