                Can you imagine sitting at your desk and the President of the organization fires a soccer ball at your head....lol. You wonder how guys like this keep their jobs with shenanigans like this over a period of time. I was a Regional at Starbucks, and if you even raised your voice at an employee you were on the "chopping block".

                    Different work environments, different work cultures, not addressing work environment behaviors is an unwritten contract the bad behavior is acceptable.

                      sports are quite different in culture to regular jobs though. what coaches are allowed to do to players would be considered abusive and sexual harassment in most jobs.
